Woke up every morning to the best view of the harbor and those big ships coming in. The staff was just as friendly as a neighbor stopping by for coffee. Breakfast was a treat, but could use a few more options. Ope, and that elevator is a bit temperamental!

The room was clean, but the elevator was out of service during my stay.

The location was perfect for our family trip, especially being so close to the craft market and Botanical Gardens, just a short stroll away. I loved how spacious our Executive Queen Room was, and the view was fantastic—watching the big cruise ships come in was a highlight for the kids. The staff was pleasant during breakfast, and I appreciated the new mini market in the lobby, which was really convenient for grabbing snacks.

The location was perfect for exploring the city center and the cruise port, and the room was impressively spacious! Staff were always friendly and eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable! !

The breakfast ordering process could be improved. it felt a bit limited for our family's appetite.

We enjoyed our family trip, especially visiting the craft market nearby. The staff was friendly, and the spacious Executive King Room had a lovely city view. My kids loved the short boat tour to see the stunning coastline highlights.

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast variety should improve.

However, the experience was marred by poor water quality from the taps and a noticeable odor from the fridge, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, the limited housekeeping service and lack of fresh towels added to the inconvenience.

The city view from our Executive Queen Room provided a lovely backdrop, especially during sunset. The hotel's location is ideal for travelers, just a short stroll from numerous attractions and restaurants.

The facilities were generally clean, and the check-in process was efficient. The staff displayed a willingness to assist when issues arose, especially after room changes due to initial inconveniences. A memorable touch was the scenic view of cruise ships from my balcony, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. The 24-hour security added peace of mind while traveling for work.

Breakfast was well-prepared and more sustainable with preselected options, along with delicious gourmet sandwiches. However, the bathroom fixtures were in dire need of updates, and the refrigerator emitted an unpleasant odor, which impacted the comfort of the stay. Additionally, the limited housekeeping service was disappointing, making fresh towels seem like a luxury rather than a standard expectation.

This was just an appropriate option for a transient visit in St John's with good value for cost. The metal in the bathroom was rusty, but the overall basic setup made it tolerable for my short stay.

Wi-fi was reliable, but the elevator kept malfunctioning during my stay. Friendly staff!
